Chelsea Secure Double Deal for Willian and Eto'o

Chelsea have stopped their pursuit of Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney with Camaroonian international and Anzhi forward Samuel Eto'o joining as part of a double deal along with Willian.

The Blues were able to successfully hijack Tottenham Hotspur's deal for Brazilian attacking midfielder Willian even after he had taken a medical at the club leaving Spurs furious over the deal.

It is believed that the fee for the former Inter Milan and Barcelona star is to be around 2 million pounds which isn't very much at all but it is actually his wages that are the main problem during his time in Russia with the 32 year-old being the highest paid player in the world.

Tottenham in the meanwhile could have a delay for the impending transfer of Gareth Bale to Real Madrid until they find another attacking player to sign besides Roma's wonder kid Erik Lamela with Brazil star Hulk a possible target.
