It is no surprise that AS Monaco are currently the highest bidder for the 24-year old with his release clause set at 15 millions euros.
Toulouse is likely to sell their star to Monaco as both teams have a fairly good relationship between each other and are likely to accept Monaco's bid.
But Toulouse manager, Alain Casanova, is still hoping to convince Capoué to stay.
“If he wants me to stay, it's a positive thing,” Capoué told French newspaper L’Équipe.
“That makes me realize how much he counts on me and that he is happy with how I'm playing".
“But it is football. I feel the moment to leave has arrived. I't time for me to play in the big competitions.”
Capoue made 34 appearances in Ligue this season with 7 goals and 1 assist to his name. The 24-year old has also made 6 appearances at international level.
