The 25-year old Gabon international was signed back in 2010 by Lorient after they lost Laurent Koscielny to Arsenal.
Manga has now obtained a French passport and wants a move to the Premier League which is putting fellow interested parties such as Inter Milan and AC Milan out of the race.
By having a French passport, Manga will be able to acquire a work permit in England much more easily.
